I have lived in 6 different countries on 3 different continents. I speak English, Dutch and German, but I have also picked up quite a bit of Vietnamese and Hindi. I have always excelled at school. Something that I have always loved is understanding how things work in this world. It is for this reason that I enjoy, appreciate and excel at sciences. I am currently taking both Chemistry and IB SL Physics. My father gave me a desktop computer at the age of five and since then I have constantly upgraded the parts in it so often that that it has technically been 3 computers. I also love sports, my favorites are basketball, soccer and volleyball, and I play for my school team for all three sports. Since a very young age I have been extremely competitive. I would rather die of exhaustion than lose at any type of competition. I have grown up now and can appreciate a good game even if I wasn’t victorious. I am by nature a perfectionist. It is this that drives me to work hard in every aspect of the life, because I want to be the best me I can possibly be.
