UWC Adriatic. The school I will be going to next year.’ I have to say this out loud to be able to believe it. Especially since I have participated in student exchanges I am sure this is what I want. I have always been very interested in different cultures, and bringing these together. Like very recently I welcomed two Bulgarian girls to discuss democracy within our school. At my school, De Breul, I am a member of the VLIB (representation of students in the appointment committee for teachers), a unique committee, and I take part in the school magazine. I will carry on to be active at UWCAD by participating in activities, social services and starting projects, also through music and theatre. I can’t wait to go to Duino and meet my fellow UWC students, who are all so different, but who all want the same. People who are open to new cultures and bring interesting cultures with them as well. This is what UWC wants and this is what I want.
