Global concerns programme

The Global Concerns programme educates students about issues of a social and/or political nature.

Students are encouraged to reflect on and discuss a broad range of current subjects.   

At some schools the students organise Focus Weeks. A Focus Week concludes with a  Friday Evening Lecture which is given by an eminent speaker from outside. The national evenings on Sunday supplement this.

At other schools the Global Concerns Programme comprises concrete projects in the sphere of foreign aid or environmental studies.

Yet other schools organise conferences for students and/or people from outside.
